Do you need a Heystack One to use Heystack AI?While your matching experience will be stronger with a Heystack One device, the device is not required to use Heystack AI. You can download our Imaging App onto your mobile device, use an alternative imaging device, or input graded card cert numbers into Heystack.

Does Heystack AI work with TCG?Yes! Our TCG coverage is comprehensive and includes popular brands like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and others.

Is eBay the only marketplace I can list cards on?Sellers can also list cards directly to Shopify. CSVs for marketplaces such as Whatnot can be provided upon request.

How quickly will new releases show up in the system?Heystack AI is able to match most products on release day, and occasionally a day prior. Our Release Day Matching is one of the most important features of Heystack AI.
